With over 35 years of legal prowess under her belt, she founded Pacheco & Lugo, PLLC, the first Hispanic woman-owned law firm in New York, turning a college dream into reality at One World Trade Center. Under her leadership, the firm flourished into a beacon of hope for underrepresented communities.
Now serving on the bench with grace and poise, Carmen’s previous role as Managing Partner showcased her expertise across numerous legal landscapes—from banking to international trade.
