Biography

Bio
Chrysten Pacheco is not just a J.D. candidate at the University of Colorado Law School; she’s a rising star in the legal arena, destined to make waves. A Cum Laude graduate in Political Science from the University of Denver, Chrysten is as much a scholar as she is an athlete. As an alum of the University of Denver Women’s Swim and Dive Team, she knows how to dive deep into both water and legal texts—an impressive duality that few possess.

With a passion for social justice that rivals her love for New Mexico green chile, Chrysten has dedicated herself to bringing water safety education and swimming opportunities to marginalized communities. Her commitment shines through in her previous roles, from being an Assistant Swim Coach where she masterfully balanced team dynamics with technique training, to serving as a Summer Intern with the Korey Wise Innocence Project.

When she"s not championing change or perfecting her butterfly stroke, Chrysten volunteers her time leading water safety initiatives with No More Under and coaching Special Olympics athletes—demonstrating that community engagement runs deep within her veins.

In short, whether she"s navigating complex legal theories or making a splash in the community pool, Chrysten Pacheco embodies determination and heart. Keep an eye on this powerhouse; she’s destined for greatness!
