As a Teacher Assistant at NMIC @ PAL Inc., she has spent the past nine years cultivating a nurturing environment for children, deftly balancing mentorship and mischief management like a seasoned ringmaster. Loela doesn’t just help kids with their homework; she empowers them to become future scholars while ensuring they’re on their best behavior—an extraordinary feat that earns her the title of "Kid Whisperer."

Before her ascension in the educational world, Loela dabbled in retail at The Brooklyn Artery Shop, where she undoubtedly charmed customers and colleagues alike with her magnetic personality during her brief stint.

With an academic trajectory that involves aspirations of nursing, psychology, and ultimately securing a PhD in sociology from Tompkins Cortland Community College, Loela embodies intellectual ambition. When she"s not inspiring young minds or dreaming big academically, Loela’s heart thrives in volunteer work at The Cathedral Nursing Home.
