Biography

Bio
Yeraldyn Pacheco, the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce"s shining star and community advocate extraordinaire, is on a mission to transform Brooklyn one event at a time. With the charm of a seasoned diplomat and the tenacity of a superhero, Yeraldyn has orchestrated the Brooklyn Tourism Council—an impressive ensemble of 50 members navigating the intricate world of local tourism. While others sip coffee, Yeraldyn rolls up their sleeves to build coalitions with businesses and community organizations across Bushwick to Cobble Hill.

Before gracing Brooklyn with their brilliance, Yeraldyn made waves in Pittsburgh as a Community Engagement Specialist, tackling housing insecurity like it was just another day at work. They’ve ensured groceries reach elderly residents while inspiring neighbors to plant trees instead of just complaining about trash. A master multitasker, Yeraldyn can juggle community initiatives while managing pop-up stores that showcase local talent.

With an academic pedigree from prestigious institutions like Loyola Marymount University and the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs—where they directed events and fostered alliances—Yeraldyn is not just well-educated; they’re practically an encyclopedia on public affairs!

When they"re not busy saving communities or championing social causes, you might find them volunteering with civil rights organizations or tutoring children in need. Truly, if there were an award for “Most Likely to Change the World,” Yeraldyn would be its undisputed winner!
